Parking is available free on the weekends. You’ll be able to park in the South Beach Parking lot. I’ve attached a PDF map of the campus – the South Beach Parking lot is the stripped building in the bottom right corner. University Hall is slightly north west of the parking lot. (Permits won’t be needed – the map was from another conference at NW that took place during the week so that’s why they mention permits on it.)

We will have reimbursement forms for any expenses you occur coming to/from the campus, including gas and mileage ($.44 per mile). We will require a receipt for gas and just an estimate for mileage. Let me know if you have any questions about this.
