Leadership Manual
Start here if you're an officer of SD - contents include explanation of key roles in SD, ways to explain and present the initiative, tips for moderator selection and pairing, recruitment tools, tips for initiating a new program, holding moderator meetings, socials, and maintaining institutional memory.

Leadership Manual Appendix
Sample fliers, constitutions, moderator applications, budgets and funding letters, information sessions skits, kick-off agenda, participant applications - tons of resources for student officers!

Program Director Mentorship and Student Organization Workplan
A rough sketch of how SDCN works with students throughout the year

Moderator Manual
The 2009 edition of the Moderator Manual - includes issue sheets and a robust appendix of handouts and documents to help organize your dialogue group.

Issue Sheets
These sheets are provided as a preparation tool for moderators leading topics commonly discussed within Sustained Dialogue. We recommend pairing these with supplemental research and we also recommend ensuring the suggested homework and activities fit your group's makeup and specific dynamics. We hope that you'll keep notes on how your conversations using these sheets went and provide feedback to us on how these sheets  can be improved.  These sheets are not comprehensive. If you'd like to create your own issue sheets to aid other moderators, please contact us!
